Worms, Smores and More.

My kids amaze me. . . they love video games and tv as much as the next kid and yet they are content to find things to entertain themselves. Earthworms kept them entertained for a long time and even Malia managed to get past her fear of worms and began collecting and holding the slimy little worms.

Looking for more worms. . .

The best place they could find to collect all the worms was an empty Mike's bottle. Alex thought it would be funny to see a drunk worm !! :)

And then there are smores. . . much much nicer and yummier than worms. All it takes is hot embers to toast the marshmallows to that perfect brown color so its crispy on the outside and all gooey, soft and messy on the inside, add some chocolate and graham crackers and you end up with a delicious dessert. . .

. . .and dirty mouths and hands!!

The kids loved the play structure. . .
